Villa Taleitaki, Vomo Island, Fiji.

The design of villa taleitaki locates the new 4 bedroom 390 Sq.m. villa along the northern edge of the 3,675 Sq.m site.  The villa has the appearance of individual keys with its multiple roof forms, but internally the villa is under one roof to encompass the dynamics of family holiday living.

The master bedroom is located at the north / west of the villa, its floor level raised to enhance outlook and provide privacy.  The living space is located centrally with large stacking sliding doors facing north to allow unimpeded views and access to main northern deck, outdoor covered dining area.  Wide steps flow down to large central main deck which leads to the large Infinity edged pool beyond.   

On the eastern side of the living zone, two self-contained bedrooms are located with expansive views The fourth bedroom faces south, back into the site with a secluded 'garden view' outlook.

The living area contains the kitchen, butlers pantry, indoor dining and lounge space.  The kitchen is perpendicular to the beach to allow the cook and guests to enjoy the northern pool, deck and ocean view outlook beyond.  A media room recluse space is provided off the main living area with a raised floor provides tiered viewing.

The rear of the Villa is to be well landscaped to integrate the building into its surroundings and provide privacy for the entrance and main common living area. 

Construction of villa taleitaki was completed early 2022.
