Situated in a high profile position fronting both a main road and public open space, Milford New World supermarket boasts a floor area of 2400m2 over 3 levels.

The challenge of building on all four boundaries required innovative solutions not only in the design and operation of the store, but also in construction systems and methodology.

The goods delivery area and plant room sit below the main retail floor towards the rear of the building with all goods brought into the store via goods service lift. The retail floor itself is built on a suspended concrete floor slab as is the mezzanine floor.
